Introduction to the HELP section of the application BarnManager
This HELP will guide you section by section throughout the online application BarnManager. It serves to users who see BarnManager for the first time, but also those, who use it regularly already and need help with particular function or item.
Overview of particular sections
- Home: This section shows you the newly added calendar items and allowes you to log off, when you need to.
- Assets: This section allowes you th administrate all the contacts of people, horses, partures and arenas related to the Barn.
- Calendar: This calendar allowes you to plan complex scale of activities related to the Barn. This section further offers the administration of online reservations and vouchers for lessons.
- Finance: Revenues, costs and invoices will be under your direct control in this part of application.
- Announcements: Note all employees and make notes for youselves any time you desire in the simple MS Word - like tool.
- Reports: In this section you can obtain view and print the schedule of the lessons as well as various statistic data about horses and other assets, and you can get a nice view of the financial part of your business too.
- Settings: You can set up te application in the manner to serve you the best it can. Of course, here you also define the name of your business - barn, and other features.
