Administration of your Farm details

Select a submenu Farm and input a desired data.

  1. The email address that you input in this field will be receiving all announcement about new online reservations in the system.
  2. Here you can select your bank account details.
  3. Set the taxation rate. The application will then automatically provide a notice "item with VAT" in the Finance section.
  4. For example, if the Farm uses the numbering format for invoices 2008-001, input the same numbers for the year "2008-" and then number leading yeros will be "4".
  5. Clicking on the watch you define the time range, withing which the customers will be allowed to choose the lesson in the online reservation module.
  6. Clicking on the watch you define the time range, within which it will be possible to input the Events in the Calendar of the main Apllication.

DO not forget to save the data by clicking OK!
