Settings - Users
Adding User
Select a submenu Users and click Add.
- If you do know the last name of the user, who shall be usinf the main application, input this name into the field Filter, and press Enter key.
- In the Contacts you can browse by clicking on the particular number of a page.
- Displayed contacts can be sorted alphabetically by clicking on the head of a particular column.
- Clicking on the contact selects a new user of the main application.
- Input a login name - small letters without spaces, which the User will use to log into a main application. Not recommended examples of a login name: Henry, john smith, etc
- Write down the password consisting of small letter without spaces, which User will be using.
- Select the level of access into the application for the User.
Basic:User cannot access sections Finance, Settings > Users and Reports.
Medium:User cannot access the section Finance and submenu Users in the Settings section.
Full:User can access all sections and posessess the administrator´s rights - he/she is the "administrator". - This new User can be saved by clicking on Update or zou can Cancel adding of this User.
Editing and deleting the User
- After clicking on the representing icon you will be able to adit the Users.
- If you press Delete, you will be asked to confirm deleting of the User.
