Viewing the Events

The Calendar of Online reservations displays not just the reservations, but also the Events, when a given horse is not available for the ride - such as veterinarian, farrier, etc. New Reservations are reported to the Barn via email and also can be seen in the main BarnManager application. As soon as the Barn confirms the reservation, you receive an email with all necessary information.

The orange colour of the label means, that the reservation has not been yet confirmed by the Barn. Blue label represents the reservation already confirmed. Green labels mark the events, that make the particular horse unavailable for the lesson.

To see the reservations of just one Arena, you can filter the Calendar just for this Arena.
Checking this box you will see only your reservations.
Clicking on Today you will get on the actual date.
Use the black arrow to move to previous or next week.
Clicking on Day you will get a daily Calendar, same for Week and Month features.
Clicking on Timeline you will get a brief 3-day summary of the Events.

Reservation of the lesson

Choose the Arena and click on the particular field in the calendar, when you want to have the lesson.

Select the type of the lesson.
Send the reservation request to the Barn by clicking OK.

Cancelling a reservation

A reservation, that has not been confirmed yet, can be cancelled one day ahead by clicking the cross that appears when you move the pointer upon the label of the given reservation.
